It would be good to split the lincity-ng-data package in two parts
* lincity-ng-data with real data = sound, images, fonts ... ~30 MB in tgz
* lincity-ng-l10n with help files and translations :
data/help/
data/locale/
data/gui/ (yes gui/ is only xml
