If you grabed the 1.4 'standalone viewer' package from plkr.org, that

included' viewer from that page.

Don't forget that you can run prc-tools from Cygwin on your Windows
PC. It works great!
Last I checked there were a few bugs in cygwin's version of automake
that prevents us from configuring properly.
Might be fixed by now though as I havn't tried in several months.
