The problem is Sitescooper doesn't use a fixed
plucker.ini/.pluckerrc file, but instead generates one for each site it
scoops. The easiest solution is to do a find/replace in the perl code for
Sitescooper, I believe in file Main.pm for db_file and db_name and change
them to
