Since the topic of fonts came up in another post I'm reminded that Red Hat has release a set of GPLed font for both Linux and Windoze that mimic the M$ core set but under a Free license. There are three sets: Sans (a substitute for Arial, Albany, Helvetica, Nimbus Sans L, and Bitstream Vera

Hi, Does anyone know if there is a way to make compiz or beryl work with fast user switching. (using fedora 7 if that matters). 3d desktop isn't a big deal to me but its a nice way to impress people with linux.. plus one of the launcher panels I like needs a composite window manager to work.

When you select the text to change it's properties in Impress, it continues to maintain the font name saved in the data file. It also prints the message at the bottom of the dialog explaining that the currently set font is not installed. In reality I think this is a good thing. Since, at that
