BIOS you will have to use a PS2 keyboard, though most BIOS' will run the USB

Is this a hard requirement that OpenOffice cannot
address? If MSO2007 is absolutely required, will
CrossOver Office work for you?

download and install). You can set up and play with
any OS and learn about it while maintaining a stable
workstation. Messed the install? Redo it! No harm
