I have been using yugma for about a year and I have been very happy with it.
I used it today for an hour demo and it works great :)

Back when SpeekBack.com was alive (dame economy!) we used Skype and Yugma
for the majority of our inter department meetings.
As a warning, the Skype integration is not cross platform, but yugma is
still really cool and plays well next to Skype without the integrated
package :)
