Unfortunately it seems like the slimserver tag reading method doesn't read some of the custom tags which are part of the MP3 standard. The ORIGARTIST is one of the tags that aren't read. I saw that you released a new version of custom scan that handles more mp3 tags. I tried it to see if it

As an alternative to shutting it down you could use power management to suspend/hibernate after say 20 minutes of inactivity. The PreventStandby plugin will stop it hibernating while the music is playing. -- John C John
