Has anyone tried the SlimFX skin with SqueezeCenter 7.0 ?
If so, does it work?
Thanks

I haven't been able to apply the new config yet, but think it's quite
possible to solve the second error message. The first one seems to be
related to the mp3 file, as having it in the library (even after remove
and add) makes the bootstrapping process crash each time it hits the
file. Is there a
Has anyone tried the SlimFX skin with SqueezeCenter 7.0 ?
Haven't tried it myself. But as it's based on the CLI I'd expect it to
work.

A single place to list all SC7-compatible plugins is a good idea, but I
fear it'd be difficult to keep a forum thread on-topic.
(Excuse me - I need to update the Wiki. Oops!)

I tried it briefly with a build from a couple weeks ago, and I think it
worked fine except for a new feature I was working on. I've actually put
a fair amount of time into it
The TrackStat plugin is now available as a first beta for SqueezeCenter

Woo hoo! Thanks a bunch.
I have a quick question - how will rating tracks (for you and iTunes
Update) work with the Jive Remote?
Thanks again...

At the moment none of my plugins will work from the Jive remote, I
suspect that the situation is the same for iTunes Update but I'm not
sure about this.

Hi superheroes,
I use Firefox and Kubuntu and now SC7 I have never been able to get SQ
working.
The application says java is in place. The thing tries to start, but
then disappears. The applet leaves an empty box.
I think part of the problem may be due to where java is located.

Try running Softsqueeze from a shell. cd to HTML/EN/html/softsqueeze, then
run java -jar Softsqueeze.jar. Do you see an error message?

Are you using SC7.0? I haven't tried the plugin with SC7 yet, so can't confirm
if it works.
You need to ask Kdf - he wrote the plugin and is using SC7.0.

For 7.0, you would need to use use:
play.hold = menu_Plugins::Scanner::Plugin
However, there is no version of the plugin for SC7 yet.
If you are using 6.5 then the mapping you have should work, I'm not
seeing anything that suggests you have the plugin working correctly by
navigating directly

Generally, it seems to be working well - I've only tried using the WebUI via
Fishbone skin so far.
I've found some things - maybe these are not specifically errors with the new
version though?

I'll post a 7.0 version of the plugin later tonight.
Great! Another missing plugin to cross off my list. I'll try it out tomorrow.

I have uploaded a new version of my plugin that works with SqueezeCenter 7.0.
This version will probably not work with SlimServer 6.5.

The plugin provides a quick way to add songs from the current playlist to
another playlist.
