Are you using 7.0.x ? In 7.1 the title info is picked up from BBC when
stream playing starts - I forgot to see what happens with 7.0.

I'm using 7.1 (from July 8th) and it only occurs with the iPlayer menus,
the conventional menus work fine.
Should I try a more recent version?
Fully understand about the categories, the long lists actually work OK
on the controller, it was more a nice to have.

Works fine! My coding skills were just enough to remove the SQL
(Nb. It may be a good idea to display Now Playing track name By Artist

I suppose my initial surprise was that I didn't realise the folder was
used for plugins and setup.
I'd assumed everything went in the cache folder, and don't remember it
being mentioned anywhere.

A perfect example of the drawback of screen scraping.
The BBC have altered the web design slightly in the last few days and
the code is now picking up the wrong lines instead of the title.
I need to make a change and post an update - this is why the XML
mechanism is preferable - it should

installed which might also use press and hold play? That would
explain why it works from SC but not via the remote. Lazysearch is one
