Well Well, just revisited this problem. Found I could stream a local mp3 no problem. Tried to record from capture card to an mp3 file but it didn't work. Looked at the setup again and found I had an extra 0 in the frequency. An eye test is called for methinks ;-) Deleted this spurious zero and

FindArt does not work with 7.6. There were changes made to art handling in 7.6 which requires an update to FindArt plugin. I didn't want to do the update until 7.6 was close to release but now 7.6 includes its own automated art work retrieval so I think FindArt is not needed for 7.6 See

With the SB3, the computer needs to be switched on so it's using the SBS and Triodes daemon which proxies and transcodes the stream for the device. (You cannot stream directly to the device, like with the newer Touch. The firmware will never support it.) You should find a Spotify menu item under
