I've been having a few problem with the iplayer plugin running on SBS

SBS is installed on a qnap ts-210. Has been working well, but yesterday
it just stopped working. I can navigate to a station, and it even
displays the stream's info, but when I try to connect it starts doing
so then

You could use custom skip

You could use custom skip filters to exclude multiple genres?
Code:
-- PlaylistName:Favourites least played by Genre...
-- PlaylistGroups:Favourites...

Just save it as a plain text file with '.sql.xml' extension in the
folder specified in your SQL Playlist settings.

I'm working on writing a plugin for MythTV that works as a

Hey forum,
Can anyone help me with the following issue.
I've installed de BBC iplayer (version 1.1.13).
It works fine when i control it with the SBS software (version 7.5.3).
The strange thing is that i can't find the icon on the remote control
of my duet system. I've looked in de internetradio
Should appear under internet radio on the controller. Is it definitely
connected to your Squeezebox server and not mysqueezebox.com?

Triode,
Thanks for the quik reply.
I'm quit sure that the controller is connected to my squeezeboxserver
because if i change for instance the name of my squeezebox in the SBS
software it immediately changes on the controller. If there is a
different/better way to check this, please let me know.
Not what you're asking, but afaiu there is work going on in making
Squeezebox-server act as a UPnP-server. Its already working in 7.6, to
some extent.
(I believe MythTV have/used to have UPnP client support).

Hi Triode,
Firstly thanks for this plugin, I use it through my laptop as a
standalone spotify / squeeze box server and it works perfectly. My main
squeezeserver is on my qnap (arm) NAS and I have been waiting for an
integrated spotify plugin for this platform for a few years now as have

I've got the rtmp stream playing via rtmpdump and mplayer so I have all

does what I need. One potential catch is that this particular rtmp
stream requires encryption, so we'll see how that plays out.

Hi,
all this doesn't work for me.
It siply will not change the order the composers are displayed.
I did the following:
Module settings custom tag:
Module enabled - Include in automatic scans and Scan All
Tags to scan: COMPOSERS
Sort tag mapping: COMPOSER=COMPOSERSORT
Module settings mixed tag:
Thats a relief I thought it was a cruel wind up by their devs for a
second there.
I don't know anything about ARM / Linux development but from a quick
search it doesn't look like it's that easy to identify which NAS uses
which version, but i'm sure the QNAP's would be the easiest to develop
It's those pesky AAC streams again. No problems with WMA or MP3.

Hi Michael,
the plugin location should not differ from the platform. My
understanding of the use of MHCPN, that it provides the required
functionality to display the content in HTML.
I've put MHCPN in the directory ...SqueezeCenter/Slim/Plugin
If that's the right place, it should work -
the plugin location should not differ from the platform.
It's a binary module which needs to be compiled for the target platform.
