Depends on the setup. Are you streaming locally or remotely? WiFi or 3G? How are the bitrate limiting settings set in iPeng (in the player settings), NOT the server's bitrate limiting setting! pippin's Profile:

Actually no, I don't have a QNap. It doesn't matter which bitrate you chose, as soon as you set any limit, the server needs to transcode and I don't know whether the QNap is fast enough for that. Did you try to turn off the limit completely?
