DOH I've discovered that the majority of my problems have been caused by the dns setting on my router. I have reset this back to the default, and it seems that all the streams (aac, wma) are working again!!! Apologies for muddying the waters And thanks for all the help.

Now it seems to work? I unticked the Allow transcoding, saved, ticked it again, saved and now it is back to normal. Either BBC has started sending the correct urls or whatever or Triodes plugin needed a reset. Mike

I found using a named pipe from shairport with the wave input plugin unreliable. Instead I loaded the ALSA loopback driver, configured shairport to play to the loopback device and then opened the loopback device with the wave input plugin. You then don't need to make any changes to the wave

i dunno what happened but the weather was working on my touch for one day when I first applied the new update and now it's not anymore. Is anyone else having this issue? It's working on both my radios still, just not the touch.
