What was issue?
I spent a few hours investigating this and found a 3 immediate problems,
and solved the 2 easyish ones
First youtube considers SSL to be mandatory - any attempt to request a
non-SSL page results in a redirect. So you need to have the
IO::SOcket::SSL modules installed
Second there's a slight
The third problem is the hard one that I've been unable to solve so
far.
On all the videos I've tried, youtube is using a new signature method.
Previously the code would look for a parameter 'sig=' and in the
downloaded video page and turn that into 'signature=' when requesting
the video stream.

Yes it works fine for me to I'm trying WIMP which is the same service
they rebranded it TIDAL for some markets .
I don't have any rebuffering from home .
The only dowside is that their Hifi service is not fully FLAC it's in
practice 80% FLAC and they are working on it ? So use their report

When I press + in the artist entry, I am not getting a menu entry
SmartMix, just one 'Pretenders' Mix. When I press that, it goes to
now playing with a playlist from Qobuz I guess.

little while to start.
The other SmartMix menu entries work as well.

You can either start a Mix right from the SmartMix settings (select a
predefined mix and then select Play this Mix or from the My Music
entry on LMS webinterface or a a remote control app. In the My Music
section (I hope it's called that, I have it in german...) you should

ok, found the issue. I needed to restart the Squeezebox in order to get
the SmartMix menu entry under My Music.
When i play a song and then chose one of the recepies, the playlist
comes up empty, just like yours.

I run LMS 7.8.0 simply because it's the most recent (nearly a year old
now) actual release of LMS. I'm not keen on nightlies, you can't
download the same thing again three months later if someone else wants
to install it. And there are so many versions of nightlies I don't see

I couldn't figure out how to add deezer albums as favourites to
mysqueezebox.com I.e. when not running LMS on a local machine. I tried
to add from the web interface and direct from the squeezebox but it
didn't work. I then tried to add the url on mysqueezebox.com but again,
it wouldn't appear.
Is there any plugin that allows you to share what you are playing
