My SmartMix plugin has started behaving oddly since I updated it.
I pick a song and it selects 4 more for the playlist from 'don't stop
the music'.
At the end of the track I hear a split second of a song but the playlist

did the restart but LMS reports that the plugin failed to load.
This is a recent LMS 7.9 on a QNAP NAS - what should I do to find out
where the problem lies?

secs, then resets to 0 and counts to 30, ad infinitum.

i tried to use the UPNPBridge for a LINN Klimax, works so far but all
tracks are converted to MP3/320.
I also tried the LINN SkweezyDS, FLAC are played right but i don´t want
to use this plugin (you have to have an original SB, performance isn´t
as good bacause of delays...)

Does the pioneer support aac? If so, it might be worth adding aac as

when BBC Iplayer stopped working due to the feed being stopped. I

DASH is not announced by BBC yet so there are bound to be a few

Sorry, my answer was not clear. There was a problem when sending a live
stream that was in a WAV format (LMS will transcode AAC to WAV if AAC
decoder is not enabled). There was a related problem when metadata

It's been a long time since I played aorund with artwork caches and so
Seems it only allow you to back to the start of the current programme
(at least on 4 Extra).

Yep, if you set for lowest bitrate World Service (non UK) is reduced to
48 kbit, so it looks like it is another case of things being the other
way round in the UK.

DASH stream' actually gives the lowest (i.e. 96kbps). The 'Use lowest
bitrate available DASH stream' gives 128kpbs. I.e. we've lost the
320kbps!

The program info is realtime and it is the "OnAir" option - so it is
showing what is playing now. At the moment I don't see a way to give

Perfect.
I knew UK had 4 rates so I tested for a single adaptation set with four
rates but the mpd shows that BBC for UK use 2 adapations sets each with
two rates. This is what comes from doing cutting corners.

Max2play works great. Easy to setup a RPI without Linux knowledge.
2 options that I hope to see in M2P in the future it is:
- Installing latest Squeezebox server within M2P, without the need to
de-install the current version
- Possibility to run openvpn on the RPI

IIRC When Flash was used for live streams, non UK streams were 32kHz
52kbits which was another variation on balancing sample
