account and let the local LMS use your login .
So for an end user it can look and behave as a local plugin , probably

What OS ? On the pc ,there is also triodes new soft player squeezelite
but it is a headless player meaning no UI at all ( runs in the
background ) so you have to controll it in some other way web-UI ,iPad
or phone .
But it does up to 24/192 .
Hopefully you have noticed that the server web-UI is
+100 This plugin seems to be working fine even if mysqueezebox.com is a
mess ? you may have to configure it to appear in radio instead of apps
.
I have noticed that the whole apps menu may be broken during mysb.com
outages
Another oddity , today I saw that some menus ( for example new music )
was missing iPeng was otherwise working restarted the app and all was ok

The sugarcube aproach has the feature of still usings LMS own database ,
while the official ones simply import the MIP dB , if you think LMS has
scanning bugs, well the abandoned MIP have some more .
The clunky thing in both occasions is that you have to remember to scan
your music in another
Yes the music ip server has to run in the background on the same machine
as LMS ( and be started before LMS ).
Sorry to say it can be a bit tricky to get running MIP seems to be
