future release.

Echoing others this is a great little app. thanks for your efforts in
putting it together and maintaining it.
Couple of observations:
- Notifications seem a little inconsistent - not necessarily appearing
at the point the song changes
- Would it be possible to include volume up / volume
Great app. Currently I have both SqueezeRemote from 7Illusions and

Nice update (or probably more accurately re-write) of the plugin. I've
got the problem with the font being too large as well. I also have the
Music Information Screen. WHere is the font for this line controlled,
MIS, SC?
Cheers

Just downloaded and installed the latest version on Windows 7 RC 64bit.
Install has gone fine and seems to be working just great. One thing I
noticed is changing the SC host I inadvertently used an old hostname
which caused an error exception.

servers one low powered that runs

proc but 120W) so only on when needed and runs SC (the low power
machine can't cope with the SC web interface)

Many thanks. My suspicion is the log file won't be allowed in system32
as it is protected. I'll use c:\temp instead with the exmaple
command-line you gave me.
Of course anything I find I'll post back.

The home-automation protocol xpl already has native support in
Squeezecenter and I believe the xAP protocol has an existing plugin and
a new one in development to support the Duet

Slimcentre 7.1
I am sure I posted this already but can't find it maybe I was dreaming!
(other reason is too much wine!)
Is it worth waiting for an official 7.1 version of this plugin or
just amending the install.xml so that it will run under 7.1 as is?

I have just moved to SC 7.1. Is it worth waiting for an official release
of this fantastic pugin for 7.1 or should I just change the install.xml?

A couple of plugins may combine to give what you want.
Have a look at the xPA plugin for the home-automation.
In addition an xPA agent exists for Speedfan which will monitor CPU
temperature.
Not the most elegant solution but it should work.

Dr. Lovegrove. I like Moose but doesn't quite tick all the boxes for me

Doh sometimes you don't see the wood for the trees!
It was the Windows Firewall on the 2003 server. Slimserver was already
added for port 9000 but not 9090 for CLI. Then I also had to add an
exception for MySQL on 9092. All now as it should be
