Hmmm, looks like it is actually worse than I just described. Once I have
trigged the bug, I can't stop it happening with killing iPeng. It keeps
popping up and increasing the volume each time, even with mute off and
even if I try changing the volume, in say the iPod app.

Listen Again stopped working for me yesterday, though live streams are
fine. Listen Again is working fine via the browser and my iPhone.

Same here, tested with Wales/Cymru, Wales works Cymru has a short burst
of something which sometimes stops and sometimes repeats.
However it isn't a 7.4.2 issue, the same happens on my 7.4.1 server, so
it is something broken at the BBC.

Those buttons are nothing to do with iPeng, they are purely for iPod
control. The volume works because of the sneaky way iPeng watches for
system volume changes. It can't really do the same for the iPod app's
play/pause/skip etc

24 hours or so Radio 4 hasn't had Today entry and now Friday and
Saturday aren't showing in the schedule.
