first time because the server then looks up all the metadata for all the
tracks.

Hopefully i's at least worth a try. I should add that I do have timeout
issues with artwork on my LMS 7.9 test setup, too, but that only affects

iPeng requests unscaled artwork for the NowPlaying screen, I don't know
what SqueezePad does but LMS had some issues with that until a few weeks

Hi, remember I am having these issues where the old SqueezeControl works
fine on my device but SqueezeCtrl cannot find my server.
Today, when starting SqueezeCtrl throws an error message about it:

and then all other roles. I believe artists that are duplicates of the
track artist should not be shown again, but only if the whole role tag
is really identical. As delivered by the server.
iPeng never has access to the tags
The order is: track artist and then all other artist roles. I don't know
exactly how the server handles artists but I suspect that your TPE2 has
not been interpreted as two artists but as one and so you get Clapton
twice, one of the times as part of the album artist

If you mean to ask whether iPeng plays all Favorites and you can handle
the menu in a similar way: It's a bad example.
I believe Favorites are indeed a playlist but I also know I had to
create a special menu type for Favorites since playlists in iPeng don't
work on a root menu level (no other
