I have something similar, but never payed attention to it. If a 24bit
file has been chosen, from that file on, there's a preference for other
24bit files in my library. (and there are not that many 24bit files in
my library)

I couldn't find any errors in the scanner.log. I recovered most of them
from a backup. I suspect it can't find the images online anymore, some
are probably downloaded a very long time ago. Another question: does the
option "Store placeholder file ("artist.missing")

Info" plugin? I noticed that after deleting all my artist photos a lot
of them we're missing after a rescan, even when they we're present
before.

I was under the impression that a Spotify Connect implementation would
be visible on the official Spotify mobile/desktop app as a selectable
device, and that some Spotify Connect features like "Your Daily
Playlist" would be available.
However, I think I don't understand

@SpotifyCares suggested I had to reboot my router and all of my devices.
I did, and now it streams again. A solution, a workaround or maybe a
coincidence? Did Spotify found the problem? I don't know. Let's hope it
keeps streaming...

Just noticed this bug:
When switching between synchronised players (using the player selection
at the bottom of the 'now playing' screen), the current playing track
restarts from the beginning. This should not be happening, IMHO.

Just for fun I tried it on my Windows 10 LMS 7.9 server, but it didn't
play Spotify songs. The original Triode plugin, in combination with the
official Logitech plugin, does work. (I removed the Triode plugin before
installing the SpotiyProtocolHandler)

Maybe it has already been mentioned before, but extGUI4LMS doesn't
respect multi disc tagging. It sorts all tracks form a multi disc set by
tracknumber, ignoring the discnumber. It would be nice if extGUI4LMS
would use disc number tags.

I think TEN needs an application that scans your library for unanalyzed
tracks. The application would then have to analyse (and/or upload) the
track (or track values/IDs) to TEN so they can be included in your smart
mixes. I don't think this is a feature that should be included in the
Smart Mix

An wild guess: it took 1 to 2 minutes with the old trackstat and 2 to 4
minutes with the new trackstat. (Win 7 x64, 8Gb, i5 2500T, 45K+ library)
