There are numerous ways to do this but Ive not found one that doesnt
introduce some lag into the equation.
If we are talking Windows then Stream What You Hear is arguably the
easiest to setup however I have opted for a generic solution that can
stream everything that hits my HiFi ie Turntable,
Yet another alternative to creating a http/MP3 stream for Win audio - if
your system has a "Stereo Mix" or similar (may need to be enabled from
Sound control panel) - then you can use VLC to create a http/MP3 stream
from the "Stereo Mix" device.
SWYH is in essence the same solution.
It does not require LMS to be on the same system.
