Ok, I'll repeat the story once again, then I'll close this thread:
SmartMix was based on a web service called the.echonest.com (TEN). This
web service provided all the smarts behind SmartMix: it created the
mixes based on your library, or some given parameters etc. They did a
great job.
Then
I've just tried to install the Herger plugins, but it appears Smart mix
is missing from the repo xml file:
SmartMix is dead because Spotify has pulled the plug on
the.echonest.com. You can find more details in this thread. Just jump
back a page or two (or three, don't know).

I've just tried to install the Herger plugins, but it appears Smart mix

http://www.herger.net/slim-plugins/repo.xml
Any reason for that? I'd really like to install it.
Thanks.
I've been using and enjoying Smart Mix on various installation of LMS
under Linux and Windows. I recently installed LMS under OS X El Capitan
and can't seem to get Smart Mix installed.
I added the repo (http://www.herger.net/slim-plugins/repo.xml) to the

The reason you should update to 7.9 is because it includes a new "Don't
