station on the last.fm player on my pc and then use the last.fm plugin
to play default station I get the one I had most recently tuned into.
It's a bit painful changing stations like this, but at least it works!
Love still

mixer to play random albums/songs. I thought that something like this was
already supported by Dynamic Playlists (eg. Random from similar artists comes

To expand on this a little .. SS7 handles plugins differently, and
plugins need to be adapted. First make sure you have the SS7 version
(it sounds like you probably do) and then open the zip file and copy
the whole directory you see there into slimserver\server\slim\plugin

H. I'll have to check my local copy and see if it's still putting

To get the genre based Dynamic Playlist mixer, there must be a playlist
in Dynamic Playlist that take a genre as a user selectable parameter. As
an example, if you create a new playlist of the playlist type Top rated
for genre in the SQL Playlist plugin you should get a mixer on genres.

I think most of the things we have discussed here should be part of the
just released versions of Custom Scan, Dynamic Playlist and SQL

thanks for pointing that out. One reason I didn't work this out is
that my installation of 7.0 (a nightly from a few days ago) didn't
create a Plugins directory, don't you think it should (even if empty)?

So, Hugh, I am still getting that weird problem on the Alison Krauss

the Gain function.
First, I need to understand how Gain auto adjustment works. When
I had some fun getting AlienBBC to work on a G4 as well, though under
10.4 rather than 10.3. I ended up getting the OS X mplayer from the
hplayerhq site (the link is on the alienbbc site), installing it to

The OSX version of mplayer from mplayerhq will NOT work on OSX 10.3.x.

This post is an urging for other users of Inguz to test their selected

not sure how to interpret the simulated vs. real. I ran test captures
