I have noticed that sometimes full albums aren't played in WIMP FLAC
version, a track is suddenly ended just before the end, a track is not
played at all, but after some juggling or played from another link it
works again. Is it WIMP itself or the SB app that is flaky?
I had the WIMP program open in Win8 and it seems like the tracks on a
WIMP playlist isn't possible to play in the SB app...

Does the WIMP API allow to save favourites inside the WIMP plugin
instead of generally in LMS?
Now it is only possible to save a favourite in WIMP by opening the WIMP
standalone application and save it there...and the access it inside WIMP
on LMS.

One prob: If I use your update link the server asks me to update all
the time. I had to switch off automatic update of all plugins.
It is possible to test the Qobuz, get an account and then you can listen
to samples of 59 secs in 320

Done all of the above. And today (just because I wrote the post) I had
ickstream as an alternative.
The only explanation would be that Santa exists...
But it looks like the interface to Wimp is as primitive as the
squeezebox interface, but at least got the local (Swedish) new albums
and
I like that the ickstream consider the registration country so I get
local new albums and tracks (Swedish), but the list of tracks isn't a
playlist, you have to start each track in the list. But there is no play
button at Svenskt under ickStream WiMP Featured Svenskt to the
right of Tracks.
Would be nice to have the latest additions to favourites, too.

Installed the trial version of Roon on my QNAP TS-251+ with a 2 GHz
Inter quad core processor and 2 GB RAM.
Now the resource check for the NAS shows 98-100 %
Btw, what is the purpose of Use FLAC?
Is it to compress before sending the stream out to the player and let

Yeah, seemed so. Used the highest speed for that.
Lowered to Throttled and processor use down to 12-16 %.

it. Both visible sbserver directories on my NAS are empty...which means

I installed Ickstream (had an old account there) and Wimp (old name of

Even the Tidal PC client can't play songs, but Tidal on my Android TV

Suddenly the interactive RP stream works on my Boom. It has never
started before, now it does.
So it means that there was smth in the previous versions that didn't go
well with the Boom, but worked with SB Radio and Touch.
This gives me hope that all FIP streams will also work in the future

Search for FIP. I usually play the stream "FIP autour du rock", that's

I opened LMS on another PC with Firefox and it shows the artwork, even
after refresh several times. Yesterady it didn't show the artwork
either.
So maybe a local hickup somewhere...

Yes, but disabling it normalises (lowers) the volume - Replay Gain - for

You're lucky. My Boom always goes to 99 after the server restarts.
