I have found one problem, that I wasn't closing some tags. This fixes the track details display in ie/Fishbone but the stations are still a little messed up following the text box/form section. I am trying to 'improve' this before I make a new release. Any advice from Fishbone/ie experts? It

i was hunting down the log file. where is it saved, because the server crashes i can't look at http://localhost:9000/log.txt. was running with plugins debugging on. The log file is always a problem. I would suggest stopping SlimServer (should be easy by crashing it!) and starting again

Barcar, Strange you say this because it's exactly the same setup I have - Only I don't use Slimscrobbler. iTunes Update updates iTunes with what I listen to in SlimServer and jscrob2 sends everything to LastFM. James NOTICE: If received

Am I right in assuming that you are running iTunes Update in direct mode - so your Last.FM submissions are in real time? My difference is that I can't (or won't?) run iTunes Update in direct mode so if I follow your model then my SlimServer submissions will not be in real time (no now

So, it seems like there are two problems 1) LastFM are sometimes rejecting your submissions 2) LastFM are sometimes sending an HTTP response that crashes the server Can you enable the --d_async_http debugging as well? That should help with both issues. James -Original Message- From:

There's an old thread in the forum where I posted a version of the update script that might work on OSX. Unfortunately all the people who request this then disappear when I request some help testing it (I don't have a Mac). If you can have a try and tell me if it works I'd appreciate it... (Let

The zip file I posted on 6th Feb looks to be the right version. If you run it on OSX it will need Mac::Applescript::Glue which can be tricky to install! (it's entirely possible there are some bugs in there as well) Don't worry, it's not a waste of my time if we can get it to work on the Mac!

No problem. That is a bug - missing subroutine! You can just replace all occurences of iTunesUpdateErr with iTunesUpdateMsg. Kind of encouraging as the position of the error means that connection was made to iTunes and something found that matched the string... James
