behaviour is not under the developer's control, so can
only be asserted, in general, visually - as is typical with GUI testing.
However, the output from recipes - and any associated classes and
methods - can easily be asserted.

WinSCP for a while. It handles queues, and I only
recently discovered the synchronize feature, which sure as heck makes
sync'ing Windows and 'nix easy (where svn isn't necessary, or can't be
used) - never have figured out rsync over samba.

guess you need to sync the download lib to the repository at
regular intervals. How funky you want to get with it is up to you. I
presume that since breakages are not currently checked, that they won't
be for updates. It would be cool if you *could* do this, though.

I'm having to spend a fair bit of time debugging problems caused by
recent changes to PmWiki. I went from beta 31 to beta 34, and this is

Lovely idea -- but part of the difficulty is in trying to figure out
what the relevant place *is*.

Yup, wikis need the XP (extreme programming) task of 25% refactoring.
They are certainly not self-managing, ime.

I don't know much about Java-based wikis, so I thought I'd ask here
whether anyone knows about such beasts that are under development and
provide PmWiki-like extensibility.
My interest is purely educational; I've no intention of ditching PmWiki
:-)
