Not directly.
But you can adapt any html to a pmwiki skin.
It is rather easy to adapt skins from other systems, because the
structure is very similar (content, navigation part)

As also Patrick Ogay wrote, you might want to try and start from an
existent pmwiki skin.
Either the standart pmwiki skin, or Triad, could be a good starting point.
They're both solid and flexible.
