Another new build problem....

The build seems to be broken again. I pulled the cvs fresh this morning and when running ./build.sh dist got the error below. I then unset my CLASSPATH to make sure I wasn't causing the problem. I have been building almost on a weekly basis with no problems, so I'm guessing something changed

Stupid question follows :- Do we REALLY need to put xerxces in the endorsed dir? cant we do without/work around this issue? The reason i ask is that for the next 35 years (of course poi is going to last that long .. no? ;-) there are going to be support questions on the list - i cant build it
