Very good points, all of them. But I find the flow of useful information on
Friendfeed to be much swifter and frictionless than in traditional mailing
lists. Yahoo Groups-style forums are beginning to look antiquated to me and
much too slow. It is much easier to share links and quotes on
Let me add: I am seeing much more dynamic and creative energy in Friendfeed
conversations these days than on Yahoo Groups.
