Last I checked I think there was another file conflicting, a binary one if I
laptop:afarber {526} sudo pkg_add mgetty+sendfax-1.1.34p2.tgz
Collision: the following files already exist
/usr/local/man/man1/fax.1 (efax-0.9p1)
/usr/sbin/pkg_add: fatal issues in installing mgetty+sendfax-1.1.34p2

Included is a diff to explicitely make mgetty conflict with efax.
