There's no documentation about the org.postgis api for java?
I think that currently, you have to download the postgis java sources
and compile the javadoc yourself.

I need to load a postgis enabled postgres database from on machine to another,
I got a long list of errors. Some of them are pointing to the postgis path on
the first machine, while on the second machine, the postgis was installed in
different location. Thanks.
Jan,
I have always done a manual insert into the geometry_columns table. I don't
know if this is right, but it works. I have also had some versions of
mapserver that want an OID column, so you may want to include that in your view
if it is not already there.

Hi,
I'd like to install PostGIS on a Redhat server...but I don't see any RPMs
listed under the redhat folder referenced on the Downloads page, i.e.,
http://postgis.refractions.net/rpms/redhat/.
Can someone please tell me where to find them?
Thanks,
Lindsey
