we have provisions to do so. Examples - clean areas within the RCA
(with PCM) during outages, locked coolers controlled by RP, after
individual is checked for contamination, water is provided (squeeze bottle)

There a cheaper ways to monitor inbound personnel if one is only looking
for nuke med patients. If for workers coming from other sites if one is
performing WBC or using a portal counter at TLD/OSL/other initial issue
