I've noticed that in the latest PTXdist (I'm running r8788),
there are a couple of host packages that always get built,
but don't seem to be used - certainly not by me.

selected_ptxconfig:PTXCONF_HOST_LRZSZ=y
selected_ptxconfig:PTXCONF_HOST_CKERMIT=y

These are always enabled in the *.in files.

Is there a good reason for this?  Can they be made optional?
