My Pylons application locally works running under mod_wsgi and Apache
with Oracle on Windows. I created an egg for distribution and tested
it on my local machine and all is running well still.
I moved my deployment over to my Linux machine and test the initial
egg quickly under paster. All works

Yep, also tried starting Apache with the ORACLE_HOME on the command
line as well, but that doesn't help either. It is really stumping me
as on my local machine it works fine under wsgi and on the Linux
machine with a paster server it runs fine.
