[PyMOL] stereo image

Hi All, I want to generate a stereo image for a structure. I use pymol-diaplay-Stereo mode cross-eye stereo and then I ray the figure and save the figure. But previously I notice the others manually rotate the model and manually generate the figure. Is there something wrong for the first method?

[PyMOL] smooth loops

Hi all, In pymol. does it possible to smooth some of the loops in a structure? I use command: set cartoon_smooth_loop=1, 10g3a and c. L the software give me: Setting: cartoon_smooth_loops set for 1640 atoms in object 10g3a. But there is nothing changed in the image window. Many thanks!

[PyMOL] plugin install error

Hi all, I want to install average_b.py. I follow the instructions from pymolwiki. But When I Install via PluginInstall plugin from within PyMOL. I got an error message: Unable to write to plugin directory (insufficient privileges?) How to solve this problem? Thank you ! yamei

[PyMOL] how to get the coordinate of a center

Hi all, Is there an easy way to get the coordinate of a center? I select a domain, and center on it. Then I move an atom to the center and use iterate_state to get the coordinate. Is there an easy way to get the coordinate without manually move the atom? Thank you in advance! yamei
