Dear PyMOL users,

A new version of nuccyl has been released:

        http://www.mssm.edu/students/jovinl02/research/nuccyl.html

Version 1.5.2 fixes a bug that prevented nuccyl to process correctly nucleic acids containing palindromic sequences or nucleotides with identical type and name that belonged to different chains (thanks to Michal Jacob for spotting the bug!). In addition, chain name information is now added to the name of cylindrical objects created by the "nuccyl -cyl_3" command. so that cylinder name syntax has changed to chain_typebase (i.e. the cylinder representing residue U8 within chain A is now called A_U8 instead of just U8).

With best regards,

Luca
