Is it ok to use this modified procedure for 2.4.2 final
(2.4.2c1 still uses MSZIP).

the Cancel button, and clicked Yes to the question Are you sure you
want to cancel the Python 2.4.1c1 installation.
This crashed msiexec.exe. I was able to reproduce this on Windows XP
Professional, Service Pack 2.

question. Googling for msvcr71.dll finds some site which offer to
download it, and they pretend
