Hi,
when i import numpy in python i get following error :
Python 2.6.5 (r265:79063, May 2 2010, 10:47:11)
[GCC 4.3.3] on linux2
Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information.
>>> import numpy
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "<stdin>", line 1, in <module>
ImportError: No module named numpy
however when i do sudo apt-get install python-numpy i get :
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
python-numpy is already the newest version.
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 118 not upgraded.
please help me .
