My system gives some very strange results.
STAT dos1_ (153GB) is: 238221176/321669424 and returns 238221152/321669424
dos2_ (8GB) should be: 321744/16787488 and returns 238221168/321669424
It seems that dos2_ is reporting back the capacity of dos1_. I'm running
the latest QPCII
on XP Pro. Dos1_

My dos1 is c:\ and STAT DOS1_ correctly gives 36006712/58605112
However, dos6 is h:\ and STAT DOS6_ gives 3600720/58605112 instead of
a correct 17688/245728. It seems clear that the returned figures for
STAT DOSx all relate to DOS1.
That at least was a honest to god

Hi,
If anyone has an image of a file off the Cartridge Doctor ( Talent )
called 'doctor'
then if I can persuade them to send me an image Id be grateful. Once
obtained, I can use
it to sort out some of my other dead and dying microdrives.
Thankyou.

Thats about 2GB while it should be 4GB free on a 6GB partition.
All my partitions give exactly the same numbers, they all have more than
4GB free.
Also QPAC2 Files reports 2048MB for both free and total

I think I have a copy of Cartridge Doctor - not sure if it works. I
also have a boxed version of the original QL Macro Assembler on
microdrive. May have some other stuff too - I will have to look. Oh and
I have a sealed pack of four new microdrives - any offers?

A good addition to that might be an ISO 8601 compatible WEEKNO% (week

I only added the functions that are readily available (i.e. DATE$ had
to calculate all this anyway, it's just a matter of exposing the
values to BASIC). Was a 5 minutes job.

Ok, I will make a photo of all of my Sinclair branded QL packages (I have
them all, except Classic Adventures) sitting together. Maybe Dilwyn like
to put it on his site ;-))

Is that the Psion chess below? I highly recommend it to anyone. Psion, despite
being only 67K and old, played one of the most amazing games I've ever seen,
any chess package, even a master, maybe grandmaster. This includes Francois
Lanciault's Blackknight (I wrote reviews for QL magazines).

OK, Neil.
If I come across anything like these items I will let you know - as we
get donations to the London QL and Quanta Group at various times.
