Urs, Thanks for posting a video of a Ser-USB in action ... but it seems to be spending an awful lot of time sitting there not responding to a DIR command (3 minutes or so!). From what I can see on the video, it looks like the watchdog timer finally abandoned the I/O attempt as non-responsive.
