Does anyone haveexperience of using an external USB floppy disk drive on a laptop for use with a QL emulator? My memory of these is that they present themselves as the normal drive A: or B: on a PC, so should be readily accessible to QPC, QL2K, QemuLator etc. Can anyone confirm this, or that

Hi David, May not be the problem, consider that some drives put more power into a write, and some are more sensitive in a read. Yes, I know. In old QL-days I had a twin drive, which sometimes gave unpredictable results on some disks. Later on the Atari, the drives a a bit better. But
