I suspect you are thing of my OPD/QL Interchange software? If so
it can be downloaded from my web site at
http://homepage.ntlworld.com/itimpi/djwdown.htm#OPD. I have not
even looked at it for a decade or two, but there is no reason it
should have stopped working :)
