Does anyone haveexperience of using an external USB floppy disk drive on a
laptop for use with a QL emulator?
My memory of these is that they present themselves as the normal drive A: or
B: on a PC, so should be readily accessible to QPC, QL2K, QemuLator etc.
Can anyone confirm this, or that
Hi,
Just to say that i was able to build, from the latest sources, a uqlx
version that seems to run on my MacBook under 10.5.
I have the QL screen, I can type 10 PRINT HELLO, save and load it.
But I wasn't able to run any software with lrun.
I do not have to change things in the sources,
On my PC/Laptop, a USB floppy is automatically Drive A:

Dilwyn,
I use a Iomega USB floppy drive together with my Laptop and QPC2. Works
perfectly. Installs itself as drive A: in Windows, QPC accepts this as
flp1_. There is absolutely no difference to a legacy a: drive.
