Using Psion Archive I made a _dbf file too big and now I cannot open it: “error
80, out of memory”. Is there any solution to open tihs file ?

It is rare to come across this. Do you have expanded memory on your QL and/or a
disk drive?
If you are loading it from microdrive cartridge, then ensure that anything else
which uses the QL memory is disabled (such as Toolkit II and other toolkits).
Disk interfaces also use some of the QL

I am using QPC II v.4.04, I have expanded the memory to 128 MB, but with the
same result.

OK - how are you launching QL Archive?
The standard version grabs all of the QL memory, unless you use QPAC II's
grabber which sets the maximum memory available to the programs.
You may be better with Xchange - that has a QL configuration block (from memory)
to set the maximum space available,
I use exep win1_archive,P,500

Archive never dreamed of that much memory.
According to the manual this should not happen
Change the 500 to 1000 - I think that sets the memory usage to 500K
