Thanks to all who replied. My problem was, I'm doing the lunch hour work on the new QStripper and I have to strip out those characters which require translating for HTML - the pound sign, for example, is translated to 'amp;' and so on. I was at work, and I have bno QDOS docs here with me :o(

I have just taken a box out of service, A PC with a small Linux facility on board to act as a stone firewall between ADSL modem and Ethernet hub. Beyon the two network cards there is nothing in it. Presently at PE15 9NF, could be brought to London soon. Anybody want it ? -- No virus found
