You can still buy Hot-Swap IDE removable bays but be prepared to pay more than $39 (a lot more) £22.99 SRS-Microsystems, Watford, UK. Quite well built metal caddy with double fan. Not sure if they are designed to be hot-swap; in any case, for data security peace-of-mind (unwritten cache)
