No. In short, there are two reasons I know of:
- An anti-virus software running in the background.
Solution: disable the software
- A totally screwed

Interesting idea to format flp1_ from QPC. Yes it did seem to format flp1_
but was still not availabe on QPC. But when I tried to read that floppy on
Aurora there was No Medium, so what did it do while apparently formatting?
