I have just had one of these interfaces returned by a customer as not working on their set-up.
1) Does anyone know the last ROM version (this is v1.06).
2) Can anyone verify the orientation of the two socketed chips. The indentations on the sockets suggest they should be each be facing the opposite way (with the card plugged into the left hand side of the QL, the ROM should point to the back of the QL, whereas the WD1770 controller should point to the front). Can someone please verify, as this may have been the problem with the interface working!!
