The one on the page is the QPC part only as the generic part is not my business. If it does, it would be nice for owners of QPC 2 to dowload it using a code. The reason I put the manual up is that I have taken them back into my hands and will update them as necessary. The next QPC version will for example have a partly rewritten DOS device so that although the new manuals are not even a month old the paragraph explaining the SMS-PC file name conversion algorithm will already be outdated. The progress on the SMSQ/E side... well, there is none. So the printed manual supplied with QPC is fine (I BTW don't have it in electronic form anyway).
