Using Linux and MySQL would be nice, but it would require access to a server on
the net with MySQL and permissions to develop a front-end. I've run across a
number of ISP's that severely limit what individuals can develop. I don't want
to shell out the $$$ for someone to host a server for me or buy a DSL line to
my house.

Since the number of bugs will not be that great (probably less than 100),
keeping track of them via a list on a web page might be the better option.

The problem is that we need the cooperation of whom ever is playing the
interface between Tony Tebby and the rest of the QL world to get involved. We
would also need some semi-formalized requirements for reporting a bug
(verifying with tests).

I'm willing to do the web page and help formalize the testing, but I'll need to
get access to the bug data.
